“Elevator was out of service and hard to get from the parking garage to the lobby, once i figured it out and made it inside the guy at the front desk was rude with a smart ass mouth instead actually being helpful about the elevator situation.”

“Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. Rooms were nice just don’t feel like it deserves the 4.9 stars it says has”
