“Hotel is very nice Good service”

“Ideal location, plenty of living space, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms handy when traveling with a friend. Room is a bit run down and lacked some of the simple things like tea, coffee, milk and detergent for the washing machine. Room was too light at night for my liking, could do with blackout curtains”

“Very nice host, will update status before check in make sure everything is smooth. The guy who pass the room key very friendly and will ensure wat you need is taken care. Apartment also very spacious and neat. Will definitely book again when travel to KL”

“The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays.”

“We needed to stay for one night in Kuala Lumpur to, to be sure to get the Emirates flight back to Italy the day after, so we chose this cheap solution. The apartment is not very big and of medium quality, but its location is perfect, since it is located in Time Sqare tower B, which is one of the most famous mall in Kuala Lumpur. “The location is great; It is near Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang, Berjaya Time Square and Pavilion. Good access to food and shopping. What is disappointing from my last stay (Jan 26) and this one is NO housekeeping!! I left my room at 10am and when i return at 5pm, the room is still not cleaned Several other rooms have left their rubbish bins outside their rooms. I assumed their rooms have not been cleaned as well. Specify to this stay, there is a strong cigaratte smell in my room in the evening. I...

“Everything was alright except the neighbours talking loudly at 3 or 4 in the morning. Luckily it was my last day of stay there, otherwise I would have to relocate to another room. They must have checked in on that day and decided that staying up all night talking is normal in this country”
