I left my room at 10am and when i return at 5pm, the room is still not cleaned Several other rooms have left their rubbish bins outside their rooms. I assumed their rooms have not been cleaned as well. Specify to this stay, there is a strong cigaratte smell in my room in the evening. I...

“Ideal location, plenty of living space, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms handy when traveling with a friend. Room is a bit run down and lacked some of the simple things like tea, coffee, milk and detergent for the washing machine. Room was too light at night for my liking, could do with blackout curtains”

“Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL.”

“I had to stay there because the first room I booked didn't get back to me because it was through VRBO. I got in country and needed a place to stay at the last minute, so chose that one based on location and the ratings were good. Overall, it was terrible And the fact that I got screwed out of my first place is going to definitely make me rethinking using orbits moving further.”
