“The hotel was nice and the people were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and it was within minutes of all of the Broadway shows we attended so we were able to walk to everything we needed. The only con would be, every morning, we could hear the housekeeper outside the door going in and out of a storage closet or rooms and the door would slam shut and also she would be talking pretty loud asking people if they needed towels etc.. “The hotel is nice a lot going for it. What is not going for it: 1)The beds being so high up is a wild choice. I had to as for a stool to climb in. 2)There are not enough ADA accommodations. Asked for a shower chair or the equivalent to take make taking a shower easier 3)The manager didn't explain that the $20 dollar gift card was part of the amenities. I was expecting my $100 dollar deposit to some back to me only to have money taken out for the amenities. I would like the amenity fee taken out...
