“We took a tour bus group up to Poughkeepsie and we were amazed. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning was good and all the staff was nice. A+ hotel for sure.”

“I’m a regular here since I work in the area and my commute home is sometimes too much for me after I complete my shifts. My stay is usually great but this time around I was very disappointed. The noise in the hotel was unbearable. Neighbors playing loud music, kids running in the hallway and fire alarm going off. Breakfast area not cleaned as often (floors and tables). I’m hoping this was just a one time thing because I really like this location.”

“Not a cheap place ! Let’s start with the smell - strong marijuana smell, and we were traveling with 11 yers old kid. Not family friendly. The room wasn’t clean, everything outdated. We couldn’t close the bathroom door all the way. Misleading advertising. The website stated there is a free breakfast and free Wi Fi. Well, none of that. “ Free breakfast “ was coffee and hot water. No toasters, no bread. None. “ Free Wi Fi” is only if you sign up for a membership, if not you have to pay. And more…...

“My first non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke. (Why do people smoke in non-smoking rooms??) The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful throughout my stay and moved me to a different room. Second room was okay, a little run down but it was clean enough and the AC worked. There is a waffle maker at breakfast, which is fun, but the rest of the spread is very basic--however, free coffee, so I won't complain! The pool looked nice. “The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
