“The facilities need an upgrade. What I liked about our room is that we had access to a microwave, fridge and free breakfast (omelette pancake sausage cereal and fruit) in the AM and coffee machines in the lobby 24/7. There’s a pool available in the summer. The hallways could use more lighting. If it weren’t for the above amenities, I would give it a 3. Otherwise, 4 for me.”

“Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. There’s also a common living room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. “The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
