“If I could rate this a 0 I would. Place smelled like cigarettes and weed even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. Asked to be moved and the desk said it smells like that everywhere. People in the lobby during check in were talking about selling drugs and asking people if they wanted drugs. Guy at desk did not acknowledge it. TV and wifi did not work. Also a blanket on the bed had a giant red stain and we folded it and put it in the closet. After checking out we were accused of stealing...

“the room is clean and all but i was in my bra in my room with the light shade down you could still see through it if you were close up and some guy came and started cleaning the windows i got no warning from staff or anything and i was basically in my underwear”

“Room not very clean found two types of bugs in our room. Was told hotel was totally sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay and it wasn’t sold out. Then Expedia said there were rooms but I would have to do a new order and get yet another hotel mandated card hold. The breakfast was also terrible and when your family is facing something terrible, this was the last thing we needed”

“Room was clean, price was reasonable. Check in is 4:00 pm, I got there at 3:30 pm. Although the room was ready, I was asked did I want to pay extra to check in early. I have never experienced that before if the room is ready. Not a good start to my stay.”

“Came to Rhinebeck for a family reunion and really just needed a home base to shower/sleep and change clothes. I have stayed in many high end hotels in my travels so after reading some of the reviews I came prepared. Brought my own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. I checked in at the Beekman Arms property 1/2 mile away and that went smoothly, recieved my room key and drove back to the motel. You can park right in front of your room. “The only truth that's represented in their offering online is the beautiful location beyond that the quarters are not suitable nor appropriate to what they're claiming or particular charging to stay there. This is not being properly presented online and really should be removed from the site until such time they deliver what they claim. I'm very disappointed and unfortunately this rebuke is minor to what other occupants verbally comport.”

“The pool was closed, along with the restaurant, which we were not aware of. When we walked the trails to sit at a scenic location, branches and shrubs blocked our view. When we showered, there was half empty bottles of body wash, shampoo and other showering necessities. This was $600 a night. Totally not worth it at this time.”
