“Hice reservation y no me la dieron”

“the minute we arrived the host was helpful, and very nice. He even asked if we needed dinner reservations. The room was clean and pristine. the breakfast was excellent. the host was very cordial and helpful. would definitely recommend. would definitely stay again if in that area”

“Good location, comfy bed, quiet, cute cats (outdoors), The shower was odd and not very strong. A small complaint.”

“The room smelled of smoke, the bed covers were old and the rugs were in need of a deep cleaning. The room we were issued did not resemble the photos on the website. We do not recommend staying at this location.”

“The staff were helpful and the room was clean. We had one issue with a slow draining bath, but I mentioned this to the front desk and while we were out on Saturday they repaired it. The property is showing a little age , but everything was nice enough. We did not do the restuarant or the bar facilities, so I have no opinion on them.”

“Come tutti i Residence Inn ha suites grandi, confortevole e ben attrezzate oltre alla colazione a buffet inclusa e una lavanderia automatica a disposizione. ”

“Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff with convenient cafe and water dispenser. Easy access to Poughkeepsie attractions.”

“Breakfast, though a few blocks offsite, was amazing, and everyone working there was lovely. Made the stay feel special. Thank you!”

“Hair dryer not obviously available”

“Shower didn't even work & the most they offered was $60 in Expedia Credits”

“The worste hotel I've never been! Dirty, old, damaged and stinking! I waited my room for more than 1 h because it was not ready for the check in!”
