“I was really disappointed in the breakfast. It wasn't well organized. The plates were at thd back of the room . Ran out of plates ,silver ware,food and I never saw napkins. We were there for 3 days and I gave them 2 chances never improved.”

“The room was exceptionally clean, both pools were well used by my grandson as well as the hot tub. Comfortable bed. The staff checking in were very friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection. Only complaint was there was kureg coffee pods in the room but I couldn't find the pot but it was ok due to the fact there was coffee and juice in the lobby 24 hours a day. Located back behind the main drag so it was quiet.”

“The property was decorated cute and maintained in a clean manner, which I very much appreciated. The main problem I had was with the breakfast. Since I was traveling with three kids, I always pick a hotel that has a breakfast. Unfortunately, upon arrival the hotel gave a certificate to go across the road to get free breakfast- free pancakes. I like staying on premises rather than to load up three kids to leave for breakfast. The hotel had fruit and donuts on property, but no orange juice or milk...

“I LOVE THIS HOTEL! It is in the most perfect location for a fabulous time at The Island without even having to get in your car. This hotel is beautiful and well planned out. I love the island vibe! It has a great roof top bar and pool that overlooks the fountain at the island. It smells great and is very welcoming! The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable! Cons: The shutters on the balcony doors let in way too much light... I felt like I was sleeping with the lights on....

“I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

“Spacious king suite for 2. Newly decorated older building. But did not seem like a 90s hotel. The room was also a redecorated/remodeled unit, and the shower alone was well worth the cost of the room. I think ALL hotels should upgrade their small cramped tubs to this hotels 2 person cozy design. Will stay again.”
