“Only complaint I have is the beds. I've been camping and slept on the ground that was softer than the beds. I prefer a firmer mattress but I think sleeping on a rock would of been more comfortable. Over all for the price its a decent hotel. Clean place. Yes it does have some things that could be upgraded but its an older hotel.”

Very clean property and room, comfy beds, heated pool that is open 24 hrs a day, hot tub, kiddie pool, fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and good coffee, icees, and drinks in the lobby 24 hrs a day, and friendly staff. Excellent location for all things in Pigeon Forge. Our stay included vouchers for free pancake breakfast at Reagan’s Pancake House across the road. You can pay $6 per person more and upgrade to the breakfast bar. The food is really good. I highly recommend Arbors at...

“The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...
