“This was our 1st time to stay at The Inn and it won't be our last. Staff was very nice, the room was very clean. We had a river side room and even though we were close to the Parkway, it was quiet when we sat on our patio.”

“Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.”

“This hotel was in a great location!! It’s across the street from Tanger and you can walk to dinner at the many restaurants located near by. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there”

“Hotel location right in the heart of activities in Pigeon Forge. Tile flooring throughout, no crunchy carpeting. This is a bit older hotel, staff are upgrading all of the rooms.”

“It is convenient to lots of things to do, and it is clean and nice facility. The staff were friendly and nice. However, they did add fees to our final bill even though we paid for the stay prior to check in. They added a “destination fee” of $20 per day and $10 per day parking even though there’s free public parking directly beside the hotel. When I asked about the $20 per day for destination fee, they said “Ummm, it’s for like the pool and amenities.””

“Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.”

“Breakfast was definitely amazing, I was under the impression that indoor pool was heated, but it was colder than outdoor pool, this could be my error. We did love and enjoy our stay. The 2nd bed in our room may need some work. The foot of the bed is higher than the head of the bed.”
