“Generally incredible stay. Staff were very attentive.
Not as luxury as hotels such as say lion sands which is twice the price though you get all the comfort you need given how busy the days are. If you plan on spending more time in the hotel / room maybe look for more luxury but the balance of comfort and access to the park was perfect for us as first time safari travelers

Bella piscina da cui poter osserrvare gli elefanti che vanno a bere in una pozza di fronte. I safari sono organizzati molto bene, con guide esperte. Buona offerta culinaria. Consigliato

Nell was a knowledgeable and engaging guide and we saw all the animals we wanted to see and more - amazing sightings of elephants, rhinos, leopards and lions to name a few. The rooms were comfortable and meals were delicious. The staff went the extra mile to cater to our needs - a special shout out to Carmen who ensured that everything we required was arranged with a smile. “My fiancé and I stayed for 2 nights at Elephant Plains and loved every minute. As I have never loved nature, I was skeptical and restricted the stay to 2 nights, but have left with khaki fever thanks to the safari guide (Matt) and tracker (Dumi).
We went to Kruger National Park afterwards and realised how we were spoiled by Elephant Plains. Elephant Plains offers quality intimate close viewings that will give you the experience of a lifetime.

“We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Nkuhlu. We received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Hazel and the team. The staff were always professional and ensured our safety sleeping in an unfenced camp- we were visited by hyenas, civets and bushbucks each evening and could hear lions and all the other bush sounds but never felt unsafe- a special thanks to Whisky and Aubrey! The tents are clean, super comfortable and equipped with everything you need and more and the linen and towels...

“Praticamente perfetto! In inverno la sera puo' fare freddo ed il bagno chiuso solo con muri alti 180 cm rispetto all'esterno. Ma la doccia è calda, basta coprirsi ed asciugarsi subito, anzi una volta tanto è anche una bella sensazione fare la doccia nella natura selvaggia.”

"Abbiamo alloggiato due sere in due lodge diversi perché in due date diverse. Due camere con un salotto enorme e terrazza vista fiume Kruger eccezionale. La ciliegia sulla torta sarebbe stata vedere da lì degli animali ed invece un ippopotamo si è mimetizzato subito.
Avrei gradito trovare un piccolo frigorifero nella zona caffè e che i condizionatori fossero stati meno rumorosi ma la cosa non ha rovinato nulla e ci tornerei anche subito.
Colazione e cena semplici ma buoni.
Personale cortese e mai invadente.
