Email ahead and book massages! I saw a review on noise from another person and it does seem like the people who are there with you really make a difference. There was one night with a really noisy guest, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. There is a $15 upcharge per day for a/c, but it's worth...

The experience was incredible - from our initial boat shuttle to the island with our boat captain, the wonderful bartenders/servers, the overnight staff, the masseuse... etc. I can't say enough positive things about all who work there.
