“We stumbled upon the Grand Mercure completely by chance just walking in, looking for a spa that wasn't there anymore and ended up falling in love with it instantly. The front desk team was so warm, welcoming, and full of good energy that we decided to spend our last two nights in São Paulo there, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip.
The entire atmosphere felt so inviting and comfortable, and the hospitality was next-level. And the restaurant… wow. I don’t know who the chef is, but...
“Hotel muito bom pelo preço, só não possui elevador e frigobar, o resto tudo okay, fiquei para o show do UAU e gostei bastante. A única parte negativa é a mesma que as pessoas falam os bares do lado.”

“Good Hotel in a strategic position in Jardim and 10 min walking to Avenida Paulista; the hotel is not new but well kept, room was very clean and confortable, good plus was the small kitchen inside. Small bottles of water was not complimentary. Did not try Breakfast. The reception staff was great and they allow me late checkout till 3 pm, much much appreciate. i will come back”
