“I had high expectations for this well known hotel that is alsoa four session hotel .. indeed quite old structore they built a new part but you need to take 2 elevators to reach frontdesk , poor service for the standard s, mediocre spa without facilitoes rather than an hot stream and some basic services ( i wonder why this has ed as they advertised) Rooms not well equipped .. this might be maybe a 4. Start hotel not sure a 5 star and dies not worth the expense ”

“Ottima Hotel nuovo e pulito, il personale è stato cordialissimo, in particolare la signora Bichi per la sua simpatia e competenza, grazie. Noi abbiamo avuto un loft non ci sono parole per descriverlo...era bellissimo! Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, i rumori esterni di notte, facevano dei lavori. Proprio difronte c'è un supermercato, perfetto per rifornirsi. Consiglio di sicuro questo hotel.”

Servizi basici, no possibilità di fare colazione se non a la carte Nessuna dotazione X caffè in camera non disponibile (bollitore solo su richiesta?) Nel complesso un buon hotel ”

“La camera é spaziosa e pulita. Si può arrivare in rodeo drive in mezz'oretta a piedi. Se si é interessati a fare shopping, a 5 minuti c'è un mall ben fornito”

“Good hotel in a central and safe area, just steps from Beverly Hills. We requested a room change and were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as was the valet, who was very courteous. The hotel itself is somewhat dated; our suite was very large and almost too spacious, with a lot of empty areas. The TVs were quite old, but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms with balconies were a bit noisy, as they all face the main street, but nothing too bothersome.”

“Parking a bit pricey at $50/day, somewhat offset with two ev chargers if they were available. Otherwise, very nice property, well managed.”

“La prenotazione risultava cancellata ; alle 17 ho dovuto riprenotare alla reception e per fortuna avevano posto con prezzo finale di 200 euro rispetto ad Hotel.com vi invito a verificare meglio con gli hotel i vostri servizi! ”

“Good place to stay if you don’t have heavy luggage”

“Our children ages are 7 and 8 so the game room was awesome! The had an area that they could have their meal without disturbing the adults. We were not to impressed with the breakfast hostess/cashier. We had waited in line and asked a question that she was not familiar with and were told we had to leave the line and go to the front desk and return. Again having to stand in line to order breakfast. Other than this, all other staff members were very professional and knowledgeable.”
