“The property was clean and as described. However, the hot water cut out every few minutes when showering. The hand soap in each bathroom was not usable since they put regular soap in a container meant for foam (they also had bars of soap so it was ok).”

The host response was delayed; sometimes up to 3 days. The water took some time to warm up and sometimes the water shut off completely.
