“Avoid if you can. This is probably de worst hotel I have ever been. It looks good from the outside, but the whole experience was bad. The room was disgunting as it had not been ventilated in years and you could breath the humidity. The old AC unit was luckily working but made a noise all night like a car engine next to your pillow. The bathroom had a nice guest when we arrived: a 2 inch dead cockroach on the floor (which is also the shower floor). The hotel staff didn't do room service so we had...

“Una struttura che non andrebbe nemmeno proposta! Al nostro arrivo c'era una ragnatela tra il letto ed il muro. Le appliques non avevano il vetro, la lampadina pendeva e la base era tutta arrugginita. I letti singoli, per come erano fatti, creavano un senso di fastidio. La colazione del mattino penosa!! Abbiamo abbandonato la struttura il mattino seguente pagando la notte non sfruttata. Dovrebbero rimborsarla o loro o Expedia, ma dubito accadrà!!! Non consiglio di andarci e suggerisco a Expedia...

“Really enjoyed my stay. The staff at reception were attentive. They answered all my questions, helped me organize transfers, and gave good instructions to the property. One of the guys helped us with our cases. It was just me and my husband, but there was plenty of room in the cabana if you have a family as it also had a trundle bed, pool and playground onsite. You can pull right outside of your cabana if you have a car, but we elected with the price of rental cars to just get taxis everywhere....

“Todo bien... El personal amable.. Poca disponibilidad en el desayuno.. Debería ser un poco más flexible con el horario del desayuno.. Al tener una escursion muy temprano, hemos pedido entrar 5 minutos antes del horario permitido y NO lo permitieron.. Siendo que es un servicio pagado y que no tienen la posibilidad de preparar "para llevar", sería más correcto tener cierta flexibilidad de horarios (tampoco se pide extender de media hora).
