“The hotel was insulated from the main street which was nice and the view was awesome. Wish I had one more day there.”

“Our room had a moldy smell and dampness, a humidifier is needed. Also guest cannot control the a/c have to wait on management. Did not include basic hotel item. The bed was not comfortable and bedding looked old. Need better door locks.”

“The AC wasnt working, the frigde, there was no ice machine nor ice in the ice bucket, the balcony wasn't accesable. Costumer service was awsome!”

“Debe de cambiar el matre de la cama. Una silla aunque limpia daba la impresion de que estaba sucia, tenia manchas negras. En el piso habia termitas y daba la impresion de sucio. Yo soy cliente de ORBITZ y esto me sorpredió.”

“The bathroom wasn't well cleaned. There were some black and yellow stains in the bathroom curtain and some beard residues in the bathroom sink.”

“At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. The workers woke us up at 8am and they called us at 9:30...

“La localización, limpieza...Excelente!. Un detalle...las cerraduras no estaban fáciles de manejar..dió un poco de dificultad abrir. Me refiero a las de entrada y entrada de escalera. Lobby y areas Excelente.”
