“The place provides affordable lodging with easy access to downtown but it is not a hotel. First of all when you first arrive if do not speak Czech and have a Czech phone, do not let your taxi/uber driver drive away. You won't be able to get in otherwise. The place is not staffed and you have to send a text message to get the inital access. Second, the rooms are tiny especially the one I was in reminded me of a cabin on a crew ship. Also my room was the only one located on the outside of the...

“The positives are many: the room is beautiful, the beds have curtains, the location is excellent, it is clean, there is a microwave, and it is cheap.
Nonetheless, there are also some negatives: The beds are attached, so every time someone moves, the entire block can feel it. In another room, people were checking out early because of bedbugs. The bed is okayish, but not super comfortable. There is no cooking top. Checking in without a reception is a nightmare; everyone I spoke to was complaining...

“I booked it for may stay during Brno fair. The room was not like in the pictures shown and not really clean (many spider nets). The room was in direction of main street, the windows are not noise-reduced so that it was very noisy all the time. Bathroom and shower was old and not really maintained. Breakfast was ok. The online check-in did not work so that I had some trouble to get my access pin. Thanks to the friendly staff in the cafe which belongs to the pension I got it done at the end. The...

“La habitación no está mal, te piden no usar calzado dentro de la misma. Aunque el servicio de limpieza te lo cobran en una cifra de tres dígitos en moneda local si lo solicitas... no sacan la basura a menos que tengas suerte y encuentres a la camarera, las toallas son las mismas que ocupas durante toda tu estadía. El área de recepción/cafetería estaba la mayor parte del tiempo sucio.”

“The company who runs this place has several units around Brno and makes you go to a different location to pick up keys. Claims it’s a 4 min walk but it’s more than double that especially with luggage. My biggest issue was the false advertising that said it included a balcony. The balcony was a public space not attached to the room… cleaning doesn’t happen often here, I was here for four days and no one ever cleaned the place. And the other guests staying were slobs who don’t know how to use a...

“Absolutely beautiful property. Check in was easy, communication was good and the apartment was amazing.
Great air conditioning, comfortable bed, great shower and the terrace was lovely to sit out on in an evening.
Location is also good, just a five minute wk to the centre, a supermarket is nearby with a park to relax in.
We would definitely recommend it.”
