“L'esperienza delle tartarughe è valsa il viaggio. Attenzione che può essere faticosa. Dicono che si cammina due km tra andata e ritorno. Noi ne abbiamo fatti lameno 5, a passo di carica, probabilmente perchè il posto in cui si erano avvistate le tartarughe era relativamente più lontano del solito Eccellente esercizio, ma se uno è già stanco...L'escursione in canoa vale abbastanza la pena.”

“It might not be as fancy as it's neighbouring Resorts but what it lacks in this makes up in Manager & staff friendly, going out of there way to make it a memorable stay. Can't thank the Manager enough, helping us out on tours, getting into town and also connecting us to the next destination, making it stress free and it's just a chilled resort, yes it's basic but we loved it, great little pool which Son made as much use of it as possible and well the wildlife around the resort was just amazing!...

“Der Aufenthalt in Playa Negra Guesthouse war sehr erholsam. Sobald man das Gelände betritt, ist man fasziniert von dem gepflegten Garten und der Vielfalt an Tieren. Wir hatten das Glück ca. 2 m von unserer Terrasse ein Faultier zu beobachten, wie es vom Baum herunterklettert. Beide Gastgeber waren herzlich und sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Strand Playa Negra liegt direkt gegenüber dem Grundstück. Pura vida.”

“This was a good pic. One of the few hostels in front of the beach at Playa Cocles. Walking distance to public beaches, restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly. Food was somewhat pricey, though. However, the room was clean and a good value for what we paid for.”

“It’s a family run business and the owner was super nice and helpful , the property was peaceful , the only noise was the wild animals on the property like howler monkeys and lots of exotic bird species , the owner prepared a papaya from the tree right in front of our room , it was delicious. I would recommend this property for people that want a truly Costa Rican experience without all the crowds of the towns . Loved our stay at Casa Conley 10 out of 10 , can’t wait to visit again ✌”

“5 star Top rating for the location and amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. “Hébergement très agréable et hyper propre, nous avions vraiment tout le confort et le chambre a été nettoyé complètement à la moitié de notre sejour (nous sommes restés 4 nuits). Les chambres n'étaient pas insonorisées mais c'est souvent le cas au costa rica du coup le matin réveil très tot. endroit calme loin de l'agitation de puerto viejo nous étions seule sur une très belle plage. ”
