“The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were great!
But the place is old and needs a major overhaul. The door to our room wouldn’t close. They sent maintenance up to fix it right away. But we had issues again later that night. The sink and bathtub were clogged. And the toilet was very slow.
This is my second stay in the last year. Last visit my toilet was clogged and unusable. I won’t be staying here again.

“Nice place. Was a little surprised that I was charged a $50 deposit without being told. And there is no coffee pots in the rooms. I do prefer to just wake up and get a cup of coffee instead of having and get dressed and go downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Other than that everything was nice.”

“Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a perfect location. The best part was how pet-friendly they were—our dog loved staying here and felt so welcomed. Traveling with a pet can be stressful, but they made it easy and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Ritterhof. Clean Room, very friendly staff with helpful suggestions for where to eat and what to do. Spacious room for our family. We especially appreciated the chairs on the deck. The continental breakfast was adequate.”
