“It took 3 tries to get a clean room. The first 2 both had issues with dirty sheets. We were ready to call it quits but the front desk agent personally made sure the next room was clean. Hot tubs were out of service and they charge $5 to use the slide at the pool. Hallway carpets were stained and had an old smell. Breakfast choices were limited and didn't taste fresh. It was easy to get to from the freeway so that was a plus. Overall, would not stay here again.”

“One step above a murder motel. Pictures provided are AI generated and not at all what we walked into. Long black hairs on the wall and short and curlys in my sheets. The pocket door to the bathroom was even afraid to come out of hiding and had to be forced like a toddler being pulled away from a toy and made a similar screech. “I can't say enough nice things about the breakfast, we got a plate of made to order pancakes, eggs,hash browns, toast and bacon. They had a kitchen they were making them in fresh for us, in addition to a waffle iron, fruit, muffins, and other breakfast things. The pool was very nice as well and the room was great. If we ever come back through Billings again, I know we will stay here again, can't recommend strongly enough”

“Our room...trash under the bed, microwave had dirty fingerprints on the outside, no waste can in bathroom, and one bed had a mattress cover as a blanket. “Hmmm. No hot tub. Well, Luke warm water with NO JETS. First room toilet wouldn’t stop running. Told desk. May or may not fix. Turned AC.80 plus in room. Ran errands. Came back nope not fixed. Nice cool room though. Switched rooms. 80 plus room again to sit in and wait to cool. Asked for a discount because duh hot tub. Only reason I booked the room. Owner said nah. We are already really cheap rates. No discount. We will never return. Oh and breakfast lol. No napkins. No coffee cups, ran out...
