“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

They use a teenage staff to guide you who must be from the suburbs and have no idea where anything is, the pool was so hot and humid it was not worth swimming in and they are building a major new hotel next door so everything is part of ongoing construction scheduled to last the next three years.”
