“Everything at the Jaxon was pleasant with exception of management communication and description of sleeping arrangement.
On arrival, I was unable to access the room due to a typing error of the door code. However, once I got ahold of Management by phone, they were able to unlock the door for me. It was stressful to arrive and not have it working.

“Great for sleeping wish we had availability to coffee in our rooms and little better towels seems towels were clean but stained. And bathroom was not cleaned properly but bed microwave and fridge were clean appreciate the kind staff i met at check in and check out.”

“The room was clean, the bed was the worst I have ever had it felt like it was stuffed with straw. There were 3 overhead light out in the room and one of the shower heads didnt work. The front desk has very short hours and the automatic coffee maker in the lobby brews hot black flavorless water. Good location but i would consider improving on the amenties available.”
