“Horrible!! They absolutely over price these rooms. No way anyone should pay that price for these conditions. I booked and paid online & when I show up a surprise fee now needs to be paid, which was not on the site whatsoever nor when they messaged me directly did they tell me. I had no choice but to pay it. The outside hotel is disgustingly, dog poop in bags right outside my unit for days. The room was DISGUSTING, no one can ever tell me they clean those room. Hair, bugs, dirt on the floor....

“This hotel is old and run down. The bathroom is tiny, no sink space, back and forth stair climbs, 1 old chair on the creaky patio. Price gouge you at the restaurant and bar. Double charged my credit card for the room and then wont pick up the phone. Its a vampire motel w a nice ocean view. Stay somewhere else!”

“No hay personal ni oficina todo es por teléfono para no dar la cara , el edificio en pésimas condiciones y basura en todas partes , el televisor no funcionaba , PAGUÉ UNA HABITACIÓN CON BALCÓN Y ME DIERON LA # 10 en una esquina mirando los parqueos . PÉSIMO SERVICIO”

“Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Hat einen schönen Pool und die Zimmer zum Hafen haben eine tolle Sicht. Das Schlafsofa war leider sehr sehr schlecht aber das Bett sehr gut. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Aber das hat uns nicht so gestört. Wir haben den Balkon sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß zum Jetty Park gehen. Dauert ca. 15 Minuten. Dort haben wir ein Manatee und viele Schildkröten gesehen. Bis auf das Sofa, perfekt...”
