“As Always the entire staff is always professional with smile, and always willing to solve any problems that might occur, the only problem I’ve had is with my door key but when I go to the front desk they always apologize for any inconvenience in which is never a problem. The best staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.”

“This hotel always supplies me with what I want; a quiet place to sleep with a decent bed and a fair price. Unfortunately, this June 2026 visit the price seemed to have increased 20-25% so I was sad and cried.
I always stay here when visiting Lafayette, so whether I give it 3 or 5 stars don’t matter, I’ll be back. Unless it’s $80/night again. If that happens I’ll never be back and will stay at one of those sketchy hotels on University and save $30.”

“This was my third stay at this hotel, and I usually visit about once a year. Unfortunately, each year I have noticed a decline in the overall quality of service.
The housekeeping lacks attention to detail. A simple application of bleach in the shower would resolve the mold buildup around the shower frame, as well as on the shampoo and soap dispensers.
There is also a notice in the room stating that housekeeping is provided every other day. However, during my three-night stay, my room was not...
