“Quite a warm welcome from the guy at the reception, spoke English fluently. Told us we had 10% off at the nearby restaurant, which was great. The outside is not that fancy, however the receptionist told us it will be redone somewhere in April or May.”

“Siamo stati molto bene... la camera era sufficientemente ampia per tre persone e la posizione centralissima era molto favorevole, con i parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Molto tranquillo. Unico neo è la mancanza di ascensore... lo consiglio a tutti, tranne a chi ha problemi nel fare le scale.”

“The location was perfect. On "ground" level of the city. Walkable to all the shopping and sites but in a much nicer, calmer location. The hotel was very fun and unique being built within the rock wall. It made for narrow, tight stairs going up to your room though. Would not recommend with mobility issues. The room was large with a walk in shower which for 2 people would be fine we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it was tight for sleeping a few nights. More shelving in the bathroom would have...

“Väldigt mysigt ställe, vi bodde i det med två dubbelbäddar vilket passade perfekt för en familj. Underbar frukost i picknickkorg utanför dörren. Väldigt vacker by och omgivning. Ganska lyhört och rummet på övervåningen med den andra dubbelsängen var lite spartansk. Det var inte bemannat senare på kvällen så vi som hade svårt att säga bestämd ankomst tid kände att vi störde även om de anpassade sig till oss som kom 21.30, vilket ju var positivt. ”

“I like the balcony. I dont like the way the bathroom was built ,the shower area should have been contained because water goes below the toilet and i find it unhygienic. Also no windows and air-conditioning. ”

“We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. “SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”
