“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. “The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips to do in the area. I also liked the shuttle service to Graceland that was offered. Breakfast was good. The room needed to be vacuumed better. It appeared like it had not been vacuumed at all and right outside of our door, there were some crushed chips of some sort. Someone did come the next day and spotted it and vacuumed that up. ”
