“J’ai passé deux semaines dans cet établissement. J’y ai fait du télétravail quelques jours par semaine. La connexion Internet était excellente. Dans la chambre, j’avais un bureau et aussi une chaise de bureau très confortable. Je l’ai beaucoup appréciée! “The pool was the only thing I could see that was up to Snuff. The air conditioner didn't work, the doors door didn't close properly, so the bugs were coming in at the bottom. We could see them crawling around on the floor, there was a moth under the toilet seat When we got there it was alive, the chairs and the bedding were damp because of the humidity in the room. The front steps to go up to the office were wobbly.”

“The place was great, very nice little cottage and nice staff. The only big issue was that the temperature settings in the rooms were locked to cooler temperature in the living space (requiring the use of blankets for eating and watching TV) and warm in the bedroom making it an uncomfortably warm temperature to sleep in. My partner tends to produce a lot of heat and even he found it too cold in the living space.”

“Called and emailed for two weeks prior to stay with no responses back from property. Drove 15 hours to arrive and not have accommodation. Lacked communication to let us know we didn’t have anywhere to stay. Didn’t supply the service of accommodation and are still not able to be reached regarding refund of cost of stay. ”
