“So overall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. I’d say the one thing I was more disappointed as the breakfast. I would’ve expected something a little bit nicer than just a little Debbie’s donuts or hostess donuts and just packaged stuff. I would expect something a little more fresh or something for the most part. It was really good. That would be. I would say really my only issue.”

“The staff at check in and the staff in general were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the new coffee machine. The workout room was nice. The room we were in the bathroom door swung into the way of the main room door. The A/C wasn’t functioning properly. The hot tub jets weren’t functioning. ”

“1.breakfast was not useful to someone who is staying for a week
2. They tried to update property however furniture is old, stained and out dated.
3. Smoke stains on all tops of furniture
4. Had to check out a day earlier and was instructed to contact Expedia for refund for the day and when they were contacted by Expedia they refused to refund last day even though it was an emergency and I had no choice to leave.
5. Ice machine leaked so bad the tile and carpet into hallway was wet always

“Booked a room reservation 2 days before, came in to check in. Staff informed me that I have no reservation booked, I’ve showed my confirmation, so dismissive and not even looking into it. And advised to call Expedia. Can’t get hold of customer service and have waited for 30mins.
Communication is very important, Expedia and the propoerty should communicate. ”
