“The lady at the reception was very unpolite. Most of the room face on an inner aisle and there is no natural light entering the room. The internal light is low thus the room is always a bit dark. The sink was blocked and the water was not running down. The faucet on the sink was very caked. The shower stall had black deposits on the corners. In general the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The mattress is too soft.”

“I liked this hotel a lot. It was clean, friendly staff, available. Loved how close to the Twins Stadium it was. Dislikes were no pool. The breakfast area could be refilled more often to keep things going and variety. Didn't like the confusion on parking and pricing of parking. There is a $10/day difference to park for the hotel vs day parking. You couldn't pay for parking until 12pm when attending the ball game. Overall, would definitely stay at hotel again. There are not enough cons to not stay...

“Our stay at Super8 was very comfortable and quiet. Although they only have one elevator and it was slow, it was okay. We love the shuttle service the best. We were able to get to/from the Mall of America and straight to the airport without a long wait.”

“The hotel is in a decent area next to a toyota place and a dennys. The staff at checkin were nice and was quick. The hotel is very nice and clean well remodeled. The room was nice and updated. Shower worked well and was clean. Didnt use pool or hot tub so cant comment on that. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but did have strawberries for the waffles and even had chocolate syrup for the milk. Located in a decent area and close to Mall of America, Vikings training facility...

“I just want to let u know that the girl that worked the front desk is PHENOMENAL! She got us early checkin at 11am last Sunday and we were not late for the Festival. She was so sweet too...big smile and u can tell she loves her job! Wish I would have gotten her name! ”
