“New build Hotel with friendly personnel and service. Self service Checkin, but the staff assists if needed. Deluxe Suite has been great for a family with more then sufficient space, kitchen, and a wash&dry machine. Windows can be slightly opened, low noise AC and air purifier in room. Kitchen is great to be settled for some kombini food and breakfast. Nice public bath with outdoor and indoor option. Best part: calm area and nice view on Ueno Park area. ”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak fluent english as well. The hotel itself is pretty clean, modern, and blocks away from Kabukicho and the JR Shinjuku station. “The staff was very helpful. We managed to do both the check-in and the check-out quickly. A nice perk was the café above the hotel, which was useful when we didn't know where to eat for breakfast. The massage service was also very appreciated. On the other hand, some of our rooms were noisy because of the closeness to the street and the station. Overall, our stay was very positive and we would like to go back one day.”

“Sono stata molto bene in questa struttura e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa perché non sapevo cosa aspettarmi da un capsule hotel. La stanza era piccola ma comoda, avevo lo spazio per fare tutto, lo staff era molto cordiale e paziente. Gli spazi in comune era molto puliti e tenuti bene dai ragazzi. L'unico lato negativo era non avere uno spazio dove chiudere la mia valigia dentro, ma lascio comunque 5 stelle perché ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. Grazie mille ❤️”
