“I've stayed here MANY times and every time is great honestly. My only real complaints this trip is that one of the elevators isnt functioning leaving 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It took a really long time to get up to our room or down to the pool or to leave. The other thing was the large group of school aged children constantly in the main lobby area making checking in or simply getting past them challenging. (Not to mention their charter bus took up literally EVERY SINGLE dedicated...

“There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...
