“L'hotel è molto pulito e la camera era letteralmente enorme! La posizione ottima vicino a tantissimi locali e il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
Just recently visited where I was a solo traveler and stayed for three nights and during those three nights the shower didn't work. They didn't provide any toiletries beyond a bar soap and the smallest shampoo bottle. The main reason I'm writing this review is because after checking out of the hotel they charged me an additional $200 saying I brought an animal into the room even though I never did and refuse to correct this in a professional manner....

“Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.”

“Everyone we met from the staff was polite and accommodating. We parked right by the room. We had some much needed coffee and tea in the morning. It was a very relaxing place and we couldn't have been happier with all we found.”

“I enjoyed the breakfast. A variety of items to chose from. The fresh brew grind coffee is ideal but takes time to brew each cup. unfortunately the elevator and pool were out of commission. we stayed on the first floor so the out of service elevator did not concern us. I The room was a good size. I was happy with the place and would stay there again.”
