“This place is so special! The family that owns and runs this hotel is what makes your stay amazing. The hospitality was beyond our expectations and we ate some of the best meals we have had in Italy here. The surrounding scenery is gorgeous. The peace and nature you get here is unmatched. Expedia made the check in a bit stressful as they said there was no front desk at this hotel (which is true) and you had to be there by 6:00pm to receive your keys. Or you had to contact the property beforehand...

Wir hatten ein geräumiges und sehr modernes Zimmer (etwas hell­hö­rig) im obersten Stock (kein Lift) mit Balkon. Die Matratzen sind waren etwas weich. Leckeres kleines Frühstücksbuffet. “Terrible stay, Worst check in ever!! Rude staff (we saw only one in our stay), not customer oriented, NO internet access the half of the stay (with not a single explanation). They didn´t change the towels or the sheets in 8 nights... Every time someone came in to the building we heard a big noice from the entrance door... The management is really poor, they run the place like a cow farm not an hospitality business”
