“Poor communication and customer service.
We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room.
Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere.
Alex, the guy we dealt with over the phone, was unhelpful and rude saying its our...

“The property was very nice. The room was well appointed and the bathroom was pristine! We hit at a heat waves which was unusual so the only drawback was no air conditioning however everything else was great and breakfast was lovely in the morning”

“As I know the area, found it very easy. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, and as our mobility is not great, having everything on one level was brilliant. Always plenty to do and luckily weather was excellent, lucky us. Will be looking to book again next year hopefully.”

“Clean and well organised, well facilitated with gas cooker, gas heating boiler and hot water, fridge freezer, wifi, bathroom with shower, TV set and pleasant living room area. Bedrooms are small and a little tight for space, but comfortable - it is a caravan afterall. Beautiful wild location set back in the mountains accessed by network of small roads, peace and quiet close to Glen and Carrickgart and Downings for beaches along roads offering magnificent view of mountains and coast with sandy...
