“It was great value for our one night stay. If you’re looking for a location near the beach, train station and the bus stop to Ryde or Ventnor then it’s great. The rooms were small but the bed was comfy and we had tea and coffee provided in the room as well. Check-in and check out were really straightforward and everyone very friendly. Many thanks.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Steamer! The room was exactly as shown in the photo. It was fresh and clean. Hearing the sounds of the ocean all night is an added bonus!
The pub and restaurant downstairs was the perfect place to go for great food and conversation. They even take the time to reserve tables for guests staying in the rooms. The staff were so attentive and involved; you couldn't tell who was the owner/manager and who was hired staff - a good sign of a well-run...

“I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left.
