“This is a wonderful hotel with a modern architecture, a cozy interior decoration, a convenient position not too far from the opera, and an excellent quality/price ratio (75 euro per night in a single room). “Per quella Camera il prezzo è troppo alto, purtroppo gli arredamenti sono vecchi è mal tenuti, moquette e pareti macchiate, bagno al limite del igienico, acqua calda nella doccia quasi inesistente. Molto molto deluso”

“Per un soggiorno di 3 notti abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza( in una non andava la tv, in un’altra non andava il riscaldamento quindi abbiamo passato la notte con il freddo)... Pare che non riescano a ricoprire tutti i servizi che dicono di offrirti. La struttura è messa malissimo, iniziando dalle porte delle stanze che sono quasi scassinate e le porte dei bagni che non si chiudono. “Excellent customer service. They let me check in at 7am even though the check in time was 3pm. Very satisfied, would definitely recommmend. One con was that you had to tell the reception before coming or whilst leaving. ”
