“Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside”

“밥해묵기 좋고 렌트카가 있다는 가정하에 위치도 나쁘지 않고 가격도 합리적이고.. 다만 조리도구가 조금만 더 다양했음 하는 맘은 있습니다.”

“深夜にも関わらず、笑顔で空港まで迎えに来てくれ、ありがたかったです。オーナーさんが韓国の方と知って驚きました。私の英語が下手だったのか、ほぼ日本語で会話しました。私の旅計画に対しても色々と助言をしてくれ、それも強制せず一晩考えさせてくれました。海も近く、すぐ泳いで行って帰ってシャワー浴びることができ、アクセスが最高でした。また、目の前にGods fathers bar というイカつい名前のバーがありましたが、オーナーの勧めで行ったら、とても良い所で、最高の歌とお酒とダンスで、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました！ありがとうございました！”

“Großes Zimmer mit einfacher, aber praktisch neuer Ausstattung (TV, Klimaanlage, Möbel). Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, löste kleinere Probleme mit dem Wifi schnell.”

“일단 뷰는 너무 좋고 방도 굉장히 넓었어요. 사장님도 너무너무 친절하시구요 근데 머스탱같은 차 렌트하면 들어가기가 조금 힘듭니다 비포장도로에 길도 험하고 좁아요. suv 추천드려여 그리고 중국인 사장님이 운영하시는건지 중국분들이 많았네요 다른건 정말 좋았어요 방음이 잘 안되나 싶었는데 아쿠아리조트도 방음은 약하더라구요 수압도 세고 좋은데 가라판이랑은 멉니다~”

“シャワーが出が悪かったので、蛇口から出るお湯で洗うために、スーパーでオケを買いました。部屋によってシャワーの出が違うので当たり外れがあるなと思いました。部屋の広さは最高。しかし、窓が廊下から丸見えで、縦のブラインドのため、外から見えないか気になりながら過ごしていました。”

“This property is old and needs some serious tender loving care. The property grounds need to be manicured, because grass was knee-high. The front desk is only manned from 11am-4pm, and when checking out from your room during non-operating hours, there isn't a dropbox for your hotel key (an actual key, not a key card), which required me to find a safe location behind their unmanned front desk, to leave my room key.”

“위치는 좋음.. 그것외엔 장점이 없음.. ㅠㅠ 청소 안해줌.. 그냥 쓰레기통 비워주고 수건만 갈아주는게 다임, 아침에 나갈때 이불 엉망으로 해놓은거 그대로 냅둠ㅋㅋ”

“Capital hotel was not great at all. Their amenities showed they had a pool, gym and other hood and refreshing places to go to, so I booked it. I went there.. they said pool is at the other hotel they own and we would have to tell them if we want to go there every.single.time. That was so inconvenient, so we said maybe whatever, we won’t use it I guess. Next was the room.. we walk in, and it smells old and musky.. I started coughing. Bed is a bit hard, I was tired and we chose to ignore it saying...

“Its definitely great for just a place to crash, but it's location was just not so private. Sheets had a couple of stains on them, and they had a closet with no single hanger...”

“サイパンには20回ほど行っており色んなホテルに泊まってますが、今回が間違いなく最低のランクでした。もう10ドル追加するとちゃんとお湯が出るホテルに泊まれますので他をお薦めします。但しダイビング目的でショップでシャワーを浴びられてホテルは寝るだけの人は良いかも知れません。”

“I did not expect thatcthiscwas not an Americal style hotel. The beds were too low to the floor and mattress was too firm. The room chairs were plastic. No boiling pot, no coffee, no hair dryer, toilet paper was on top of medicine cabinet. No holder. Had to go through my phone to connect to TV.”
