“1階に宿泊しました。 玄関のドアノブが緩んでいて、鍵の開け締めにコツがいりました。すぐに壊して入って来られそうで、夜間心配であまり眠れませんでした。アメニティは、コップ、グラス、ケトル、石鹸と歯ブラシしかなく、シャンプー類がなくて困りました。テレビもチューナーがセットされていないので見られませんでした。フロントに聞きに行こうと思っても、17時以降？はクローズでした。 フロントのある部屋にお茶やコーヒーもあるのですが、クローズされると入れません。朝は早い時間から開いているようでした。 ホテル向かいに住む民間人の家のニワトリが、深夜から鳴くのでその鳴き声も気になりました。 清潔さはまずまずでした。トイレはトイレットペーパーは流せず、備え付けのゴミ箱に捨てるシステムです。（テニアンのトイレ事情上それが普通のようです） JCカフェやスーパー、ビーチには歩いていけます。徒歩圏内のガソリンスタンドmobilでは、軽食とソフトクリームが売っています。ソフトクリームは美味でした。 立地は良いのですが、ホテルの設備がかなり残念です。田舎なのでこれくらいが普通なのかもしれません。”

“Expedia has been restricted from this hotel to a degree. I can no longer use Expedia because it lowers the rate and I'm a local. This is how much I love this place. I wanted to return and stay using Expedia but it asks I stay longer than a month. Praying this changes. Thank you for the stay. If you're lucky, you'll be given the higher floors. Thank you again for the experience.”

“Beautiful property on the beach with friendly staff. Spotless, comfortable room. My go to when visiting Saipan”

“The room was bigger than what I expected and the bed was quite comfortable. The only problem I encountered was that the elevator was down for maintenance from Friday afternoon until Saturday night. Climbing up the stairs to get to the 3rd floor was not enjoyable.”

“Clean room and very friendly staff, for the price its really hard to beat! only thing i would say is the showers need to be fixed because my room had a broken showerhead and the aircon could be just a tab bit colder (but that's just my preference because I'm an aircon baby)”

“Close to downtown area; the property is under renovation but did not pose a problem. I enjoyed that it had a microwave in the room, which is not common anymore. The place felt safe and was very roomy.”

“It's a beautiful house. The kitchen needs updating but I didn't ask for the kitchen. I was able to rent two bedrooms in this house. It's a great place to throw a nice gathering.”

“My room was clean and the staff was nice. The lobby is quite hot but there was a friendly cat there that greets guests. My room was close to the bar area so I could hear.the noise but I just ignored it. It would best if the doors also had double-bolt for safety. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap, too; but towel has been provided. Good aircon quality!”
