“The view from the room was lovely to wake up to. It's a 10 minute drive into the resort and so it's a great spot to sleep between skis, but the life if elsewhere.”

“It is right in Whistler village, with all the restaurants surrounding it. There is grocery and pharmacy close by. The playground is right in front of the property. The gondola is also a short walk away. There is a trail that leads to Lost Lake. Everything is within walking distance so we did not need to use the car during our entire stay here. Parking is free which was rare for a property in the Village. The parking area was very tight though. We used the full kitchen for breakfast and lunch,...

“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.

“We had a great time at Cascado Lodge. The unit is small and there’s only a hotel-like fridge if you’re planning to cook. The amenities are good including pool, sauna, although one of the jacuzzis’ jets were broken. The location is amazing - 10min to the gondolas - and with tons of dining and shopping options. ”

“We are very pleased with the apartment and our stay there. The apartment is well laid, with all required amenities; it is very clean and warm. The view is great! The only ‘nice to have’ would be access to a jacuzzi or a sauna on premises; or perhaps a bathtub instead of a shower in one of the bathrooms. We are happy to give you five stars.”
