“I booked a room with a bed and a double bed sofa but finally the sofa was not a bed and not for two persons. I asked the reception to change my room and they did. Also 2 hotels are in the same building with two différents laundry at two different floors. It was confusing and I obviously went in the wrong laundry. When I wanted to get my laundry I couldn’t access the floor and when I asked the help of the reception, it took time to get help, the washing machine had been stopped and my clothes...

“我們租住了雙人大床房型兩天，房間寬敞，清潔衛生，各類清潔衛生用品一應俱全，更有護髮素提供(有些酒店未有提供護髮素的），實在貼心，唯洗手間內沒有浴缸。 酒店內的服務人員很有禮貌及熱情，會詢問我們是否滿意酒店的服務，替我們收拾房間的服務員耿协辉非常細心，他主動替我們將需要曬乾的衣服掛到房間內適當位置，讓我們晚上返回房間時，衣服經已曬乾，他亦將房間收拾得非常清潔衛生，真的感謝他。 ”

“地址：6號新田大廈，福永街道鳳塘大道，深圳市，518000 跟據以上提供的地址，跟本不是距離壹方城中心步行6分鐘。當日幸好遇上當地有禮又親切的的士司機，幫忙尋找此櫟宜酒店，懷疑已經不存在，亦不可用電話聯繫此酒店。預計的士車程約35分鐘（距離壹方城中心）所以無法入住。 ”

“深圳空港の乗り換えが必要だったため、深圳市街の観光もついでにと2泊しました。 空港到着後電話すれば迎えに来ていただけると聞いていましたが、中国語での会話が困難なため断念しました。 ただ地下鉄１号線の后瑞駅から徒歩で５分程度でつきます。 空港からも地下鉄経由(５元)で４０分程度でつきました。 スタッフの方は中国語での会話になりますが、翻訳アプリを使ってチェックアウト後の送迎について確認していただいたので、チェックアウト後は送迎していただきました。(朝６時出発で２０分くらいで到着) 部屋は新しく備品も清潔でした。 ホテルは駅から南東にあり(各種ホテル検索サイトやGoogleマップでは間違って駅の西側エリアにあるように表示されることが多いみたいです)、繁華街は駅から東側の北に向かって栄えているので、少し歩きますが十分徒歩圏内です。 深圳の市街地へ行くには１号線の地下鉄で１時間弱くらいかかりますが、日帰り観光は十分可能でした。 深圳空港でのトランジットの際はまた利用したいと思いました。”
