    Wonderful location, very private, just outside Capital Reef National Park! We were two couples and the place had a wonderfully spacious king master suite with bath and then two other nice bedrooms with a shared full bath. Another half bath was available as well… the washer and dryer worked well. The kitchen was well appointed and many guides to area hikes and parks were available. Everything we needed was there!One highlight was a lovely back yard patio with fire pit that we enjoyed both nights of our stay. Their parking area was perfect for some night sky photography as well. Also close to a couple of restaurants in Torrey and right on scenic highway 12! Highly recommend if you are in this area!

    When we arrived we thought "this can't be the place," as it is very large, well-kept standalone home with a private driveway. It is an excellent place for a long stay and has "bonus space" like a full laundry room and formal dining room. After a long day of hiking we enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Wi-fi worked well, kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of ice. Don't miss the Etta Place Cidery & Taproom and Rim Rock Patio Restaurant while you are there!

    Beautiful

    Perfect location! Loved the space, inside and out. An outdoor hot tub would be a great addition! Kitchen comes very well furnished, beds very comfortable, had a rocking chair! Was a bit warm and air hadn’t been put on yet. Initially it was warm, but took advantage of cool evenings and many fans provided. Very high end!
