“Hotel molto bello e arredato con gusto. La camera molto confortevole con stanza da bagno enorme. Anche la colazione ottima. Comodo il parcheggio molto vicino all hotel.”

“Hotel centrale vicino alla stazione e a quasi tutti i luoghi di interesse con parcheggio privato non facile da trovare anche con le indicazioni dell’hotel. Stanza spaziosa, arredamento originale, letto spazioso e comodo. Pulita. Forse non un vero 5 stelle, ma un ottimo albergo. Colazione servita su menù non troppo vario, ma di alta qualità. Il punto forte dell’hotel è senza dubbio il personale, allegro, disponibile, impeccabile. Complimenti!”

“Appartamento molto bello con vista mare. Si sentivano un po’ i rumori dall’esterno anche se eravamo al 27 piano. Qualche problema con l’accesso elettronico. Nel complesso siamo stati bene. Grazie ”

“Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. “Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage. One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. “GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOTEL, WORSE PLACE WHERE TO SLEEP. UNACCEPTABLE THAT SUCH A 5 STARS HOTEL BUILT SICH CHEAP WINDOWS. YOU LITERALLY HEAR EVERY SINGLE SOUND FROM THE STREET. “I had lots of bug bites staying 2 nights at the hostel. Please avoid this place as much as possible. The main reasons are below. 1. Construction site right across the street, very noisy during the day. 2. No kitchen to cook food 3. Majority of rooms are very hot despite outside temperature was just 20-25 Celsius. And no A/C in the room I was staying. 4. Shower room has no hook or rack to hang clothes and put shampoo on. Very inconvenient. 5. Too many people staying here finish their parties...

“Beautiful hotel and convenient location with a lovely staff. I felt like I was at home. The hotels in a safe location so Everything is accessible by foot. The waterfront is a 10-15 minute walk but beware you’ll get deterred on your walk because there’s so much to see on the way. There are various restaurant options up and down the street and one of the best ice cream shops in Cape Town just a 5 minute walk. I wished I could have stayed longer there. The room was more of a cozy apartment....
