“It was probably a beautiful hotel at one time but it is now older and needs upgrades to the rooms. The vents are visibly dirty, there is a damp mold/mildew smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The very small tv worked with a digital antennae and didn’t work half the time. There was no microwave. There was no liner on the shower curtain so the curtain had mold. There is no complimentary breakfast.
We loved that the hotel collaborated with Anthrocon and offered a shuttle. ...

“Note that breakfast is not included and the breakfast food available was overpriced and not very good. There is a Starbucks a few blocks away. The staff were helpful and the room was very quiet but stuffy. Oddly there was no fan in the bathroom or elsewhere in the room. The window view of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial was nice.”

“Place is absolutely NOTHING like the pic on their site. The ceiling of the entrance where you check in, was falling apart, and I mean gaping holes 20X20 feet holes. No gym, no restaurant, no vending machines. Key cards to the room didn’t work, maintenance had to come and pick the lock apart to use a key to get us the room, then they told us if we left the room, we had no way to get back in. Hallways had holes in the walls with plaster patches, carpets were FILTHY. There were piles of trash out...
