“The only issue we had was with the height of the toilet. It was so low! I measured it an it was only 15 inches the floor to the top of the seat. This would be a great height if it was an elementary school but not in a hotel with adults. It was the same height as as the waste paper basket! My home toilet is 18 inches from floor to seat. I don’t know if the other rooms have the same toilet height but it was really an issue for my husband and I. It felt dangerous to lower yourself so far down!”

“The rooms have no soundproofing. There was a child running around above our heads from 10:30 to 3 AM and then started again at 6:30. There was no hot water for tea only coffee in the morning. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting.”
