“Everything was wonderful! The room was amazing & having thermal pools right out the door was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also great, with enough vegan options to satisfy. Highly recommended!”

“Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. After we started eating, a staff member arrived and took our order — and we ended up having a delicious hot breakfast.
We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful property. It was quiet, peaceful, and full of birdlife, which made...

“The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. ”

“Wir hatten eine Nacht gebucht und sind drei Nächte geblieben. Mit Kindern ist es großartig zwischen den ganzen Tieren, mit tollem Ausblick und großartigem Essen., insbesondere wenn man Fleisch mag. Toller Ausgangsort für Ausflüge rund um den Cotopaxi oder einfach einen Ausritt um die Hacienda. Und Sebastian ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert und tolle Tipps gibt.”

“This place is amazing. It is very family-friendly, with lots for kids to do and explore. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable for us. There are many activities available and all were fun. Some of the things we enjoyed were a difficult hike, a night walk, beer and chocolate tastings, wine and cheese tastings, and candle making. The food is fantastic. The fireplaces are lit in the evening and our family loved sitting in front of the fire. ”
