“Exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was undoubtedly much better than all our previous experiences in similar properties throughout West Malaysia.
The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Service levels were excellent - people were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The breakfast provided, while basic, was however enjoyable and adequate.
The only gripes we had:
1. This place was at a relatively lower altitude, and therefore temperatures were not as cool as we were originally...

“Booked for Queen Bed Room at ground floor for RM239 (before discount). Few times stay at Rose Cabin since 2004. But this time too much difference...a bit run down. It's over priced for the facilities provided. Even spacious room, but no TV, no fan (so stuffy), toilet inside the room with no toiletries, bathroom (hot shower) is outside of the room at the veranda (no privacy) with very little all in one shampoo. Nothing much to do here. Check in/out counter only open from 8am till 8pm. After that...
