“This was such a beautiful stay. I booked a suite with a mountain view. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Mall road is just a walk away and theres plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. ”

“The Lodge felt like it could be a great place, but couldn't be bothered. Most staff seemed bored, and not actively involved in managing the place.
The description of this place sounds wonderful and passionate! It felt, at best forlorn and neglected. Did something go wrong here? ”

“Overall, the staff were polite and courteous, which was definitely a positive. However, the location of the property is quite inconvenient — there’s nothing nearby, and you need to drive at least 30 minutes just to find food outside. The in-house restaurant is quite expensive, and the portion sizes are small for the price charged.
At times, the staff would call even when we preferred not to be disturbed. The rooms also felt dated, and the property does not match the way it is portrayed in the...
