“The staff was really friendly. I had an issue with my sink not draining and no hot water and the staff fixed it right away. The breakfast has a lot of options and it is good. It's at a convenient location, priced reasonable and again, very friendly staff. Not my first time staying there and won't be my last.”

“Stayed for one night to break up a long drive. Conveniently located off I-81 and rooms were very spacious for a family of 5. Had a large area to place our pack and play and the room came with a curtain to help separate the space. Breakfast was great even for my picky kids. Will definitely stay again! ”

“This is an older property, but VERY clean and well maintained! The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and all linens fresh and clean. The pool is quite large and very clean. Whomever is managing this property is doing a fantastic job!”

“Stayed at the Light Horse Inn for two nights. Absolutely loved it. You have to manage expectations because this isn't an ultra modern hotel with a restaurant, bar workout facilities, etc. However if you love history, antiques and the charm of a very unique stay, Light Horse Inn is for you. “We stayed 2 nights here and loved every minute, wish we had stayed longer! The cabin was quiet, peaceful and secluded so it made for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was on a screened in deck overlooking the woods so we could enjoy the nature without the bugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need. Plenty of games and books, a DVD player and 2 TVs. The bed was very soft and all the linens and towels smelled and felt fresh and clean. We would love to stay again...
