“Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. “Jay and Ester have thought of it all! They welcomed us the night we arrived and made sure we had everything. Texted us to make sure we were in contact if we needed anything. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. If you cannot climb steps, ask for the main level. Parking was great, property was very nice. Breakfast, although delicious, you have no other choice....it is placed on the table at 8:30am whether you are there or not. Would be great to...
