“Very nice room and very clean. I opted to pay for my stay when I got there and was hit with a $50 refundable fee that I did not know about. When I booked, my total for 1 night was $92, I ended up having to pay $140. I also specifically booked this hotel because they offered continental breakfast. When my husband and I arrived, there was a sign printed out at the front desk saying that breakfast was currently unavailable! If I had known this prior to my stay, I would not have booked this hotel!...

“The hallways smelled of food. Nobody emptied the trash in my room inspite leaving a sign. There was no hot water in shower for 2 out of my 3 day stay at the hotel.”
